Gifts from the Kitchen
A heart-forward class focused on simple, beautiful gifts you can make and share, both edible and body-nourishing.
We’ll explore edible gifts (seasonal blends, pantry staples, and treats) plus kitchen-to-body favorites like salt blends, body scrubs, and a soothing gardener’s salve made with beeswax from the bees that produce Moon Goddess honey.
Participants will learn easy methods, storage tips, and presentation ideas, then enjoy tastings and samples that feel special and doable.
Take-home: Each participant will leave with at least one small gift item (or sample) plus simple recipes and packaging ideas to recreate at home.

Beyond the Shot
Beyond the Shot is a structured six-week lifestyle support program for individuals using GLP-1 medications who want sustainable results without
feeling depleted or forced to discontinue due to side effects. The program provides comprehensive strategies for appetite regulation, digestive support,
muscle preservation, and energy stabilization integrating food education, strength principles, and Mediterranean-based sustainability. Each session
is two hours in length to allow full teaching and implementation support in a hybrid format. Program includes live strength training, qigong, and recipe
